Аннотация

         

Статья посвящена проблеме социально-экономического статуса (СЭС) и распространению факторов риска (ФР) у больных сахарным диабетом(СД) 2-го типа и гипертонической болезнью(ГБ). Определяется распространенность ФР в зависимости от профессионального статуса, курения, употребления алкоголя, влияние низкой физической активности на уровень смертности в зависимости от возраста. Особенную роль уделяют метаболическому синдрому, его зависимости от СЭС. Уделяется внимание зависимости между уровнем СЭС, наличием СД 2-го типа, наличием артериальной гипертензии и распространенностью ФР сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.
