МЕХАНІЗМИ СТИМУЛЯЦІЇ ФІЗИЧНОЇ ПРАЦЕЗДАТНОСТІ ЗА ДІЇ АНТИОКСИДАНТНИХ ФАРМАКОЛОГІЧНИХ ЗАСОБІВ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

Анотація

         

В огляді літератури узагальнено шляхи участі природних антиоксидантів у формуванні метаболічного підґрунтя фізичної працездатності в спортсменів. Показано, що одним з головних системоутворюючих чинників, що гальмують приріст фізичної працездатності, є окисний стрес, опосередкований навантаженнями тренувального процесу. Висвітлено механізми впливу фармакологічних засобів з антиоксидантними властивостями – церулоплазміну, омега3-поліненасичених жирних кислот, пробіотичних продуктів – на складові процесу стимуляції фізичної працездатності і показано, що, поряд, з прямим антиоксидантною дією, це є наявність мембранотропної (мембранопротекторної), детоксикаційної, імуно- та кардіопротекторної дії тощо. Доведено, що вплив висвітлених факторів, які беруть участь у формуванні метаболічних основ фізичної працездатності та пов’язані із наявністю антиоксидантного впливу на організм, може асоціюватися із іншими різноманітними складними змінами гомеостазу організму, починаючи від виснаження запасів АТФ у клітинах і накопичення катехоламінів до експресії генетичних маркерів мітохондріального біогенезу та апоптозу клітин.
